I was looking for the "question on means" thread but I couldn't find it. So I'll open this replacement thread with a picture of myself with quite a bit less facial hair :P

Doing this just reminded me how much I HATE shaving. I think I am going to shave it all on Monday just to even it out. I don't plan on shaving hardly at all.

I'm shaving only once more then I'm off it for a LONG while. I'm starting my beard over on Monday... Wish me luck :D

Hyllyn, I read it the same as you...

Beau, dude, I hate to tell you, but you've been shaving the wrong end! :o

Well, somebody had to set you straight one of these days. Unless you're just into that kind of thing, in which case no problem... ;)

BobO, You really do have a flaming beard!

BTW, I stopped shaving my ass years ago. Nobody sees it anyway.
( or wants to)

Just wait until it grows in gray. If I don't shave I look REALLY old.
The moustache is another story. It's about 34 years old.

Hahaha, well that was more of a figure of speech rather than literal =P
It could probably use it but just a bit too hard to get a razor in that area *laughs*

Or do what I've done to my hands some, get them too close to the forge opening and it'll burn the hair off =P haha protect the eyebrows though I suppose =P

OUCH! With this bushy gray beard it really would be a major fire and stink real bad to. Been there , done that.

Hmmm, I'm not sure what you mean by that... I sure hope it's about the color

Thats good to know Terry. B)

Gary, if you really hate shaving (like me) I don't recommend starting over. I don't know if it was just me wanting to see what my chin looked like or getting a bump on the head, but I will never shave to start over again!

The last time I shaved was 1994, due to cat scratch fever induced by my poor cat at the time, who was only letting me know how much he didn't like a hot cigar ash falling on his head when I was picking him up... Three claws directly injecting feline vileness into a lymph node in the neck, with telltale red streaks appearing within twelve hours. I had to shave to get to all the punctures, so I just took it all off. Luckily my wife was in Brazil at the time, and didn't get to see me looking like a twelve-year old with razorburn from hell.

No, won't be starting over, might even it up a bit though.

That sounds like it hurt quite a bit there Alan. I'm sorry you looked like a 12 year old... I found that I look older than I am regardless of the status of my facial hair

Gary, I used to have to trim my beard every week or so. Good thing I invested the $8 into a nice little beard trimmer.
