You have a separate tempering oven, either electric or built like a gas bbq grill. No insulation, tiny long ribbon burner. I plan on using rest of my steel drums to make this, using a pair of gas grill burners on either end, with the whole thing horizontal. Plus I can use it to roast a whole pig!1 point
