  12. Great Jim, i see everywork you post. But i did not give a reply. (im learning the English) Each of the work are fantastic,elegancy,fabulous.... they are the sections of the natural scenery. in chinese: 爽心悦目 shuǎng xīn yuè mù They refreshing to my heart and pleasing to my eye.
  13. Dick, We can say yes, but not for the one whithout practice. in fact, sometimes, it is not hard enough, especially when the hot summer. so there need the craftsman to have a more practice.
  14. Dan, just ask whatever you want, show me your details questions. i guess when you read some my other post here, i think you will get the general ideal about everything. In fact, for this kinds of work, do not use the back relief method, or we say no back repousse method, only chasing, or what we can say, it is like wood carving. we dig out the metal we do not want. we keep the pattern we need. for the openwork method, most of craftsman use the jigsaw help, ( a jigsaw can cut angles, corners and shapes quickly and precisely) but here what im trying to show is a little different. Here is a very important pics for your understanding the openwork method. and under the copper, that's still sealingwax inside. Last, anyother kinds of the methods are you asking? Answer by Wu
