  1. Thank you. They are good sellers. I get burned out with making them though.
  2. I have a small shop and hate cleaning up sawdust. I used 1084 for the blades and large garage door spring for the handles. Have a great weekend!
  3. Yes. I carry one with no issues. Thanks

Fancy Friction Folder I did a few of these this weekend. Sometimes I don’t feel like doing any handles or making a sheath for fixed blades .
  5. That’s funny. I got my spring from a coworker
  6. I have been trying different ideas on how to make a friction folder with only two pieces of steel and a pin this is my latest attempt 12” of garage door spring and a piece of file
  7. Here’s a couple friction folders I’ve recently finished both 1084 blades and whitetail antler
  8. Thanks. I will have to try and find that book. I’m always looking for ideas
  9. Yes it it. Here is my trade blanket as of today. I am working on a few more to add to it.
  10. Not at all. Do it! And post pictures. Thanks
  11. Here’s one I finished this weekend forged file blade with whitetail leg bone rawhide wrap.
  12. Thanks guys. I made probably a half dozen prototypes before I figured this out. I had people asking for striker/knife combos so I figured I kill two birds with one stone.
  13. Blade forged from file. Scales whitetail leg bone. Full tang construction.
  14. Here are a few folding knives I have made lately. They also double as a flint striker. Blades are 1084 and frame is 5160
  15. Thank You, The knife is a hidden tang and I used epoxy to hold it. The handle is part of a old hammer handle I drilled a 1/8 pilot hole and burned the tang in. I did not make a sheath for it before I sold it but I did make another knife kind of like it.
  16. . 1084/hickory Otzi inspired
