      Perhaps. That's my trouble, I'm not aware of a name for the style, yet it's very distinctly it's own style.

    Tip: If you change your mind and decide to do a hand rubbed finish, do so before sharpening. Ouch.

      I recently started using an angle clip, little black jaw thing that clips onto the spine to keep the angle constant. Saved me from a lot of marring

    I've about finished my venturi burner, but it won't stay lit: I need to keep a flame at the end to keep it ignited. Possible causes?

      @Isaac About six minutes or so, take out and clean off oxides with steel wool, then soak back in.
