The manufacture and use of tools (particularly bladed ones) and sometimes (frequently) weapons is my current passion. I'm particularly interested in blades of the early Medieval through early Renaissance periods in Europe, and the colonial period in North America. The knives of people who depended on them to live and work hold the most interest for me.
