I am a retired custom furniture builder. Also retired from professional photography.   I love bench shooting all types of firearms.  Enjoy traveling and camping in my Casita travel trailer.  I am the Beginning Wood Carving instructor for Moore/Norman Tech Center in Norman, OK. My late Uncle Bob Gentry was a local "go to" for custom wood carving knives. He passed away a few years ago and  his skills are highly missed.  I find myself feeling the urge to fill his shoes in our carving community. So I guess blade smithing is my next "new" interest.

Nope, since getting into blade smithing I've had to get into leather workiing for the making of knife sheaths.
