      Kevin, it looks like you posted in your status rather than starting a thread,,,,, whats the story on the sword, do you know the history of it?

      Hi Bryan,  I was given the sword by a friend who asked if I could obtain any information regarding it. I have no knowledge of its history.My friend told me she was camping near a partially demolished/collapsing farmhouse. The sword had been hidden in a wall and exposed by decaying wall lining.

      Thanks for replying in spite of me posting it in the correct place. Obviously I'm a newbie.
