I actually made this one back in October/November as a Yule gift for my girlfriend's Wiccan girlfriend, but realized I forgot to share it. We knew that she didn't have an athame (too expensive, she said, but she's the type to not feel like she NEEDS one, either), and figured it would be a nice gift. This is my first farriers rasp knife. And first knife in about a year. Been busy doing leather work. Turned out descent. Its tough, I do know that. whacked a 2x4 in half and it still shaves. I am happy with how it turned out. I will post another pic tomorrow with its new owner. Handle is desert ironwood. mosaic pins. Hand tooled sheath by me. Thanks for looking. Eddie
