That is one weird homebuilt.........

Let not the swords of good and free men be reforged into plowshares, but may they rest in a place of honor; ready, well oiled and God willing unused. For if the price of peace becomes licking the boots of tyrants, then "To Arms!" I say, and may the fortunes of war smile upon patriots

Did you notice that he angled the die on the anvil, and not the one on the hammer. :blink:

Yeah, and for the life of me I cannot figure out how that chain connecting rod works........Looks like everything is tack welded together too.

Ya i was thinking it might work like a drop hammer too...... regardless this thing would be terrifying to use with that chain wipping around and the 1/2" thick frame flexing on every hit ( It might not but 1/2 is pretty thin)!

I wasn't going to say anything, but that hammer looks to be one injured animal.

I would like to see a video of it running, as I would never want to be close enough to it to see it running in person....

the dies seem wrong to me,,,

Blade

The blade, elegant
Slicing through the sweet, warm breeze
with a precise hit.

Copper for the craftsman, cunning at their trade.
Good! Laughed the baron, sitting in his hall;
But steel---cold steel---shall be master of them all!
