Sam Salvati
WOW, WELCOME HLOH!!!!!!!!!!! Your work is amazing, I love that one with the gears. Let not the swords of good and free men be reforged into plowshares, but may they rest in a place of honor; ready, well oiled and God willing unused. For if the price of peace becomes licking the boots of tyrants, then "To Arms!" I say, and may the fortunes of war smile upon patriots
KPeacock
Hloh, Welcome to the board. Your English is perfectly understandable. English is a hard language to learn and I'm happy to see people that can use it as a second language. The knife with the gears is my favorite. I'll bet that one was difficult to make. very nice work Have you ever thought about the life of steel? It's interesting to think that you can control the fate of a piece of metal. Mike W
Love the rustic look! I can't ever seem to stop grinding to keep it. On the gear knife, do they actually turn when you open it? Does turning them open the knife? I like the 15 pin knife too. What's hanging off the tassle next to it or attached to it? For translation, you might try the google translator though you seem to be doing ok on your own.
Brent L
Mike, Not to jump in but, I think its a piece of flint that you can use on the knife to start a fire. GEzell
Wonderfully inventive work! These knives have a very high coolness factor. Hloh
A few pictures of my forge, I have built it before 2 years. 90% of the equipment are antiques and others fired equipment.
