Petr Florianek
These are made from very old antler. I have got this thingy and didnt know what to carve there, but than Alan in some correspondence mentioned Moby Dick and I saw him in the shape.... Edit: Eyes and teeth are from brass Edited July 13, 2009 by Petr Florianek GULLINBURSTI
MJDForge
Most of the material I use is found. When spark tested most of it is pretty high in carbon. You're pocket will be very happy. Bob Ouellette
It looks like you finally put a blade in the elusive white whale I like that. Bob O "When I raise my flashing sword, and my hand takes hold on judgment, I will take vengeance upon mine enemies, and I will repay those who haze me. Oh, Lord, raise me to Thy right hand and count me among Thy saints." My Website
Sam Salvati
Dang that is the coolest thing ever. Let not the swords of good and free men be reforged into plowshares, but may they rest in a place of honor; ready, well oiled and God willing unused. For if the price of peace becomes licking the boots of tyrants, then "To Arms!" I say, and may the fortunes of war smile upon patriots

Petr Florianek
Oh... I am surprised - but thanks for so kind words! You know, that one is really easy to carve, not to much material removing. More difficult was to capture the beast into rectangular shape Edited July 14, 2009 by Petr Florianek GULLINBURSTI

Ben Potter
That is great I love it. Alright I have always been making fixed blades but that is enough to make me want to try a folder. Great job.
