My J.S. Submission knives

I will be presenting knives for my J.S. judging at the next Blade show.

 

Here's the first one done,

 

8.75" Blade

Stabilized Maple Burl Handle

Stainless Single guard

 

I tried to show as much detail in the photos as possible

Lookin Good, Stephan! You shouldn't have any trouble with the JS

 

 

I will let this sit for a couple days to get my eyes off it, then go over the whole thing with a 20x optivisor.

 

if I don't find anything to fix I'll be sending it on to it's first critique

 

 

 

What steel is that?

 

All of my J.S. knives are forged from the same 2 1/8" bar of Don's W2 (I thought it would be neat to be able to say that)
