PMARTINKNIVES Posted May 24, 2010 Share Posted May 24, 2010 Built this large kitchen knife using 160 layers of 1095, 1075 and 15N20 polished random pattern. Full tapered tang, distal tapered blade and flat ground. Differentually Marquenched and triple tempered HT on a blade thats .110 thick. Bolsters are stainless damascus and the handle is stabilized and dyed Camel bone.
