Ben Potter
I have been looking for a boat to live on part time with my family and have been offered one that is just what we have been looking for. It is a "Free" boat which means that is needs a home and some outfitting both of which require cash. SO From now until satureday(11-6-2010) I am willing to take reasonable offers for the pieces that I have for sale on my available page if you are interested send me an email with your offer andI will get back to you. Here is a picture of the boat. Here is our Blog: Going Afloat Let me know if you have any questions. Godspeed, Ben Ben Potter Bladesmith It's not that I would trade my lot Or any other man's, Nor that I will be ashamed Of my work torn hands- For I have chosen the path I tread Knowing it would be steep, And I will take the joys thereof And the consequences reap. Christopher Price
That thing looks a lot like a Jongurt Trewes, but with a bit different stem - nice layout, though, excellent find for the money. I dream of such things. Good luck to you. The Tidewater Forge Christopher Price, Bladesmith

Ben Potter
This morning I realized that I had never updated this thread. Alas, we were unable to get the boat. So I am still forging "feet dry". The boat search goes on. Don Abbott
I have been a long-time lurker here, and have always liked your work. I have taken the liberty of dropping a link to you "Privateer" page a couple times on one of the reenactment forums I frequent. It is primarily 18th Century colonial guys, but here are always a few pirates hanging around. Sorry the boat didn't work out. Maybe someday your ship will come in Don Edited April 7, 2011 by Don A
