Eric McHugh 23
Well, I have to come to grips with the fact that I probably will not be able to get my smithy up and running any time soon, so I'd like to get rid of my blade steel so I don't have to pay for storage any more. Below is a list of steel and sizes I have available. I purchased it from Admiral Steel in Chicago, and I can get the chemistry for you or you can look it up on-line from their website. It's all pretty standard stuff. I priced everything $1.50 a pound. Unfortunately, UPS charges about the same for shipping; so the price is basically $3.00 a pound with shipping. I think that is pretty fair since Admiral charges $3.50 a pound for the steel only. There is some light surface rust on some of the steel. I will power brush each piece for you before I ship it. Since I work full time, I will need about 5-10 days to ship it. I will take money order, cashiers check or personal check (it must clear before shipping) for payment. I will update this thread as items sell, so check below for the current list of steel. Remember the price below includes shipping. 18 pieces of 1075/1080: .25" thick, 4" wide, 59.5" long. $50 each 20 pieces of 5160: .25" thick, 4" wide, 8" long. $7 each 3 pieces of 1095: .3125 thick, 3" wide, 40" long. $31 each 3 pieces of 1075/1080: .3125 thick 4" wide, 39" long. $41 each 2 pieces of 5160: .25" thick, 3" wide, 30" long. $19 each 3 pieces of 5160: .25" thick, 4" wide, 17" long. $14 each 2 pices of 1075/1080: .5" thick, 3.5 wide, 25" long. $36 each 1 piece of 1075/1080: .3125 thick, 4" wide, 21" long. $22 4 pieces of 1075/1080: .3125 thick, 4" wide, 22" long. $23 each 4 pieces of 1075/1080: .3125 thick, 4" wide, 24" long. $24 each If you are interested, email me at ericmycue374@comcast.net Best, Eric McHugh Crown Forge Crown Forge on Facebook My e-mail

Eric M. McHugh 0
NEW DEAL ON THE STEEL Okay, I now can take paypal. So, all who have been asking can pay using paypal. I really need to move this stuff, so I'm selling the 1075 1/4" bars (1/4" X 4" X 60") for $200 dollars (you pay shipping). That's .67 cents a pound for about 300#s (18 pieces) of steel. This is a great deal. The only thing I ask is that the purchaser work with me to figure out how to ship this stuff. If your interested email me at ericmycue374@comcast.net
