Mike Sheffield 5
If you were to add a bottle opener instead of the skull crusher I would call it Kip's fixed bladed multi-tool. And I for one would want one. My life is like shaving with a razor sharp machete. It's a bit awkward and I feel a sting every now and then, but in the end I'm happy with the results. sandpile 0
KIP-- Out here in the Panhandle of Texas we make a knife very similar to yours. We round the nose on the front taking all sharpness away from the front of the blade. Most are hollow ground(concave) and really are a fixed blade razor except they are used to castrate livestock(bulls mostly). Me and a buddy 'FREDDIE HAIRE' have made close to a hundred of them. With the most dangerous part of the knife rounded and the rest a razor made of O1 or D2 it is a very useful tool. Of course no window/skull breaker.Grin Chuck Bennett
Mike Sheffield 5
You are right Doug. Mmmm a cold one sounds good too. Awww Chuck ha had to bring up slicing manhood. Now I'll cringe everytime I see a blade like this. My life is like shaving with a razor sharp machete. It's a bit awkward and I feel a sting every now and then, but in the end I'm happy with the results.

Kip Kaiser 2
I came across this. I like both of the similarities and differences of the pieces. Geoff that funny that you found that pic. Magnus Axelson has been one of the makers that I have followed from the beginning so Im sure there is a connection. Not quit to that level yet how ever some day maybe. Kip Edited October 26, 2011 by Kip Kaiser A man is no better than his word!
