the London camp knife

Recommended Posts

A good customer sent me this image, wanting me to make one for him.

I really liked the design, sleek, simple, and oh so functional. Here is my rendition...

Not an exact copy, but close... 1080 steel, ivory handle (a first for me), black G10 liners, and nickle-silver pins. 5 1/8 inch blade, 9 3/4 inches overall length. It is too bad my camera could not capture the subtle grain of the ivory, it is lovely.

This might be as close as I've gotten to a modern style bushcraft knife...

Thanks for looking!

I really like it - simple and elegant, without being showy. It looks like it should be used, but also cherished
