Freya W. Ward
Rescued this little pocket knife from my late grandfather's basement recently. Loved the shape of the grip and guard, so I decided to begin designing a bowie type knife with a similar grip. Gonna use Aldo's 1075 for the blade, and mild steel for the guard bolster and grip scales. the wooden grip scale will most likely be ebony, steel pins. This design so far is just a rough visual. The plunge probably won't be so pronounced and I might end up curving the tip back a little farther. Any suggestions or weird ideas that might look nice on this, feel free. Darkfire Forge
