Jokke
really nice look, fine lines and a superbly made damascus! but I have to admit, that I do not like guards, at least not most of them - here it kind of stands out, especially over the back of the blade, where it has no real function wonder how it would look like when you would grind that part down to the line (sorry, just my 5ct) best regards Jokke Jokke
Wes Detrick
That is a gorgeous bowie Cody, love the pattern in the steel. People who say stuff can't be done need to git the hell outta the way of people who do stuff !!! Show me a man who is called an expert by his peers And I will show you a good man to listen to ...... Show me a man who calls himself an expert and I will show you an egotistical asshole...............!!
Cody Hofsommer
Thanks for the kind words! Jokke, I value your opinion, even if I disagree. It does seem that Eroupean blades do tend to lack large guards, and a Bowie seems naked with out a full guard to me, well most of the time! Scott, thanks for the encouragement. I learn something every time I log on or sleep in someone's garage attic at a hammer in! Thanks Clifford and Wes too!
