Very nice work, I'm loving the angled handles and the tapered tangs... not often seen on kitchen cutlery, but they look right.

The inlay was a new thing for me, and it was difficult to line everything up with the hidden pin. The fit on the inlay could be tighter but it's not too bad for my first attempt. I really do like the feel and look of tapered tangs; I'm a little surprised that I don't see them more often.
