It is true that long ago that I did not show work in this forum. Lack of time has been less actively involved in forums usual.

To correct this mistake I will show you some pictures of various jobs I've done recently and the pictures that appear in the new book in USA from my friend David Darom.

In this way the friends who do not know me can see some pictures of my work.

Thanks and regards

Antonio

These knives are high art! Knives that exist for no other reason than to elevate the craft and bring joy to those who see them. I'm sure they cut, but using them would be a sin. The world of knifemaking is better because you do things like this. Thanks for making my day, I've genuinely enjoyed looking at these and relooking.

I'd say WOW! but that doesn't quite cut it- I especially like the one with the all metal handle, I imagine that took some serious patience :P

Hello friends:

Thank you very much for your kind words. These knives are in my stage engraver Cutler and a few years ago.

It was a stage in my life very intense with many joys and personal disappointments. I have been misunderstood in my country and in the end I decided not to make knives.

I focused on the etching technique "aqua forte", Montejano family are professional recorders since 1945 and in recent years my life has been a great evolution in the field of engraving.

I show you the photo that made David Darom to show in his new book in USA. Also do add to this post any pictures of several knives mine.

A greeting and thanks for your words.

Antonio

The last time I went WOW was when I saw the Gold King Tut Knife by Buster Warenski. This is a double and triple WOW.

These are knives made for the gods by someone who has divine skills.

This work is beyond comparison, it represents the apogee of mastering many skills that seems beyond the ability of one individual.

I would describe yourself as living national treasure, I am absolutely shocked that your country misunderstands your capabilities and artistic endeavors and skills. I am speechless!

Thank you, Sir. These are fine art. There are a multitude of ways to express talent as a knifemaker, swordmaker, etc. You are among the best at art knives and engraving. Your work will be appreciated worldwide, and for many generations. As with true artists, much of your real audience has not even been born yet. Work such as this will live on much after you are gone, my friend.

Thank you very much for your expressions of respect.

I have shown in this post some pictures, but I frame of thousands of photos on my computer.

In my years of Cutler, I devoted myself body and soul, to see literature architecture and styles. It became an obsession and my mind flowing artistic ideas that even my hands could not do.

But I was misunderstood and though I received a prize of cutlery, in the end they disrespected my work and I was forced to leave the cutlery.

Anyway I could go a long way in my etching technique and other countries feel very respected, being an international my technique.

That's life in Spain and do not care for people with certain attitudes and there are many talented people who should go abroad or fail to develop their capabilities.

a hug and thank you.
