Keep the quality up, but work on minimum cost that you can and still turn a profit and you will sell them well! A man that knows how big an asset a quality tool is doesn't mind paying a little extra but, as with most everything else, cost is bottom line. If you can't afford it, you can't afford it! I think you have a great machine and would have to sit down and really compare it to the next machine I know available that is even close to the what appears to be a quality of your machine and there is only one on the market that I know of that can turn the 90*. So you are ahead of most with that innovation!I was just speaking openly about price! We all want to make as much profit as possible, but as long as you as the builder of the machine are not sacrificing quality to make that profit then you have to look at the amount of profit you are making! Is the profit enough to make it worth while.Every once in a while a good idea comes up but, if you don't have the facilities and tools available at hand to produce that idea at the right cost, the cost of building becomes too much and their is little to no profit there!In short WBR, Vladislav I was speaking frankly if your machine is as good as you say it is, and it does look like it is, and the cost is not so high where the average man can't afford one. Well then it looks like you are about to put out the newest grinder to hit the market.Speaking simply, quality at a good price is what I meant! I think from what I see your machine fits all of those statements!If all of those statements hold true you will become a very busy man! If I purchase I will have Petr bring it as luggage! It looks very good. I think the small wheel attachment may have a problem. I cannot see how you would grind a fuller in a sword with it. The machine sticks out on either side of the wheel. This would keep a long blade fuller (groove) grind from happening. I may be wrong. I am writing simply so auto translate will work well. Do you think I should think about the device in the style of KMG or something similar? I do not like the fact that there are small bearings with a short lifetime. And, perhaps, it can also be used to work rest, more rigid and durable. For large and massive workpieces. Several people have asked me - whether I plan something like that. However, I do think it could be improved. The MAP arm is adjustable, but it's hard for one person to make precise adjustments to it. Two nuts need to be loosened at the same time to adjust Z and Y axis, so you end up needing two hands to hold/position the heavy table, and one hand on two wrenchs ready to tighten the nuts when the table is positioned perfectly. A design like the MAP arm that could allow precise adjustment of the table's position on the grinding surface would be an awesome invention (and one I'd rush to purchase). Cheers!
