I forged this from 1095 high carbon steel and clay coated with a water quench . The edge s 5 1/2'' long and the handle is 4" .I made the handle out of dyed deer antler and the ferrule is copper and sterling silver. It looks much cooler in real life ,the blade is 1/8" thick at the thickest and is very sharp.
