We definitely don't want it to fall apart... and we can't keep up very well with the local laws in a multinational KITH, so use your best judgement I say. Any blade length up to a two-hand sword is fine if you don't mind paying the shipping... I recall that double-edged blades are illegal in some countries, if you live in a country that prohibits the blade you win we may be able to work out a substitution? I'll have to talk with the powers that be (the admins) if such a situation arises.... I don't want to disallow double-edged blades because they are challenging to make, and cool...
