Integral Pattern Welded Tanto-ish Dagger

Recommended Posts

Jay Morrisey of Portland ME. has been making some really cool pattern welded steel lately. He designed and forged this steel together and laid a piece of it on me. I decided to build an integral tanto like dagger from his cool material. 11" OAL !5N20 and 1084 steels

Your lines flow seamlessly from tip to pomal and the fact you accomplished a beautiful integral that flows into the handle so well is Awesome Brother . Thank You for the Inspiring Work . May I Pm you with a request if you have the time ?

I've always loved your integral one-piece knives, and this one is no exception. Well done sir.

that is top notch. Love the handle carving and the presentation of the steel in different ways.

That is a really neat little integral JD! Do you have any pictures of the spine? The pattern weld on this is pretty sweet.
