"Very Special" W2, Nickel 200, 15n20 and others

Recommended Posts

Aloha All,

I am offering some of my stash of very special W2 purchased from Don Hanson way back in 2008.

(I have asked his permission on this thread and to use his name... Thank-you Don... you're also a very special guy! )

I have available the following (note I used my postal scale for those under 10lbs and my bathroom scale for the others ;)... so weights are approximate... best I had so I'm going with it ;) )

I am offering this to members here first at $4 a pound per bar shipped to the USA.

Minimum 2 bars please...

6 1 1/4" Square bars that are 11" long and weigh @ 5.25 lbs - $21 each bar shipped to the USA - GONE

6 1 3/4" Round bars that are 11" long and weigh @ 7.5 lbs - $30 each bar shipped to the USA - GONE

16 2" Round bars that are 11" long and weigh @ 10lbs - $40 each bar shipped to the USA - GONE pending funds

8 2 1/18" Round bars that are 11" long and weigh @ 11lbs - $44 each bar shipped to the USA - GONE

19 2 1/18" Round bars that are 10" long and weigh @ 9 lbs - $36 each bar shipped to the USA - Gone pending funds

The maximum weight I will ship at a time in each flat rate box is 44 lbs... I know I can go up to 70 lbs but the old folks at my post office really like me and I'd like to keep it that way ;)

I am also offering some Nickel 200 sheet...

These .065 thick on my calipers 4 1/2 wide by 11" long.... there are 20 pieces....

this is @18 lbs on my bathroom scale.... $GONE pending funds... shipped to the USA

I also have some 15n20 at .065 thickness by 1 1/2" wide and 6" long... 122 pieces wrapped... 61 feet total...

Did a little research and found it's about $150-$170 before shipping.... $GONE shipped to the USA

I added "and others" to the title in case I wanted to offer other items I come across in the shop and storage...

Thanks all for looking....

Have a great week!

Take Care and God Bless,

Craig

Heya Craig, wish you weren't doing this, but the wheel just keeps on turning. I hope you work it all out. I'll take the square W2 bars.

thanks,

I still have some big rounds and squares from Don's W2 drop, and some drawn out to working thickness. Has it been since 2008? My stockpile hasn't quite dwindled as much as I thought it would. It's great stuff, saw off a puck and hammer it out!

No, I believe I stopped selling it around 2010-11.
