alright, I'm about half way there with mine just thought I'd share my progress and keep this thread updated as I go. so here it is mahogany handle with antler bolsters a mild steel piening block with a file steel blade.

Looking good. You managed to get a lot more definition when you stretched the leather around the wood sheath insert than I did, and it looks like you even used heavier leather to boot. I like it :)

Great lines on the knife. That shape is something I see quite often in puukko-knives made here in Funland. Nice pommel!
