Well, the deadline has arrived.... when will we be doing the drawing? Does anyone need more time?

I would "slap the dog & pee on the fire, it's time to move on".....draw the names!

We can then start a new round of ideas!

As opposed to "pee on the dog and slap the fire", right?

I second Gary T's motion!

I'm done and ready if everyone else is

And fighteth with the heat of the furnace,

And noise of the hammer and the anvil is ever in his ears,

And his eyes look still upon the pattern of the thing that he maketh,

He setteth his mind to finish his work,

And waitethto polish it perfectly.

I also thought that the end of June was the deadline... which is worse, since I am the one that originally suggested the end of July...

Anyways, I'm done and ready....With such a quick completion, we could do a "KITH 2015; the sequel"

I was thinking the deadline was June 31st...

Consider this the one month warning, then...:)

  • 3 weeks later...

I think with everything on my plate I wont finish till the first week (maybe a half) of august. Is this not acceptable or will people be able to live with me being a week behind sending my knife off? I've no experience with this and don't want to step on any toes. Input would be appreciated.

I vote for giving those who need it another week.

I don't mind giving folks some extra time to finish up. Getting your idea from mental to physical can sometimes take a little extra time. I don't mind drawing while folks are working, either; if no one else does. Call it a faith entry.

Mine will be a day or 2 late, but it's almost ready. Feel free to draw with my name in. Since I haven't put up any teaser pics, let me just say - tamahagane, silver, lapis lazuli, and a to-be-determined wood (the cause of the delay). ;)
