I have been trying to find someone that makes adhesive stencils to etch with. I have tried print shops and sign shops. Does anyone know of a place that does this?

Thanks. I tried the local FedEx/Kinko's here, and they said they don't do stencils. The print shops here said the smallest letter size was 1", and I am looking for 1/16" of an inch. I will try and contact TUSTech.

http://www.ecemmi.comThis is the company I get my stencils and supplies from. Nothing great, but nothing bad about them. Seem to be quite small. Give emm a call and ask questions. I think my pricing was 50 bucks setup fee for a stencil that they keep on record. And whenever you need new ones they charge 25 for the sheet. The stencil is reusable for a longggg time and you get 6 stencils per sheet.

They probably don't think of them as stencils. They are just stickers/decals that we happen to use as stencils.

Exactly, you send them in artwork, and tell them you need the negative, not the picture itself. Or you can send the artwork in as a negative so you don't have any confusion.

To the OP, my stencils are about .25", and the letter size of the smallest letters MIGHT be pushing 1/16", but they aren't super clear at that low resolution, and some of the letters have to be cut out.

Here's a thread that talks about it more if you're interested:

I just ordered my first batch of stencils from tustech.com a few days ago. 5 stencils per sheet, $22.00 set up fee and $13.00 for the sheet of 5 stencils. Sent the artwork to them and a little back and forth between us before coming up with a workable stencil. My original image was too detailed and too busy to make a 3/8" diameter stencil. I hope this helps you.

I go through Ernie. Super nice guy and does good work. I have a detailed makers mark, and it comes out clear as hell with his stencils.
