More Marking Knives

Recommended Posts

I have seen a few of these posted of late, and had a customer randomly ask me to make a set for him, so here they are. Approx 200 layers of 1084/15N20 with an overlay of W1 forge welded on for the cutting edge.

Kind of interesting auto hamon on both, a fun project all told.

Thanks fellas. They are about 6 1/2" long, 1/2 inch wide and 1/4" thick. They do seem like they would be cool throwing darts, but the real purpose is as noted above, simply a more precise way for carpenters to mark their cuts vs. a pencil. Clint
