For  the  first time  ever, the state custom knife  organizations of  Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma & Arkansas are  combining efforts to  host this  event.  This  will be a traveling event to be held in each of  the four states every four  years.  Missouri  will be the  first host with  the event being  held  Sept.  9th, 2017.  It will include both a  knife  show of many  of  the  countries top makers as  well as  demonstrations from 9am-4pm followed by a  cutting competition.

 

The demonstration schedule is as  follows:

9AM-10AM
Designing a Slip Joint Folder--Steve Culver, MS...

Forging a Hunter--Jim Crowell, MS

11AM-11:30AM
Tapering a Full Tang--Ron Newton, MS

11:30-Noon
Grinding & H/T'ing a Hunter--Paul Brown

Cutting Competition

This shapes up to be a "Don't Miss" event.  Everything will take place  on Sept. 9 (Sat), 2017 at The Finley River  Park in  Ozark, Mo.  This  is  a  beautiful  facility nestled along  the  river next to downtown  Ozark.

Admission is free  to the public.  Should you want a  table for the knife show please  contact me soon as there are a  very limited number available.
