NESM September 2017 Sword class

Recommended Posts

Just finished another sword class here in Auburn Maine at the New England School of Metalwork. My favorite place to teach, the school is so well kept and well equipped by Dereck and Nick. A class of six swarthy young dudes that had a blast! Forged, filed, heat treated blades with hot punched and drifted guards and pommels all sharpened and hand sanded in 6 days! Everyone crushed it.

What a cool class!  I bet it was a great time.

Is the one with the unfinished handle your demo piece?

Yes it is I never get one finished haha. I don't need another sword blade lying around though but ok.
