Zach Wade
First ones been finished for a while I dont think I put up a picture with the sheath. Second one took a while. One in brown is the first one in black the second. The first one is out of 1084, the second 15n20. Edited February 19, 2018 by Zach Wade
chriswright
Looks good to be your first knives. I am also new to the art and I have completed only a couple knives as well. I look forward to watching your progression as you move forward with more knives. Good luck!
P Jones
Those look really good for your first few attempts, certainly a lot better than mine was. One thing to consider for the leather sheaths is a burnishing tool. Makes the edge look slick and uniform. Easy cheap tool that goes a long way into making your work look higher quality. Zach Wade
Thanks. I actually own one, came with the pack of basic leather tools I bought. However until just now I didn't really know what it was for lol
P Jones
lol that'll happen. If you haven't found out already just apply some water on the edge and start rubbin.
