This knife has a 4 3/4" cutting edge and is 8 3/4" in overall length. The handle is curly maple from the firewood pile.

Man-o-man that's a nice looking knife! I wish I had wood that pretty in my firewood pile.........

Very nice. Simple and practical. Handle looks awesome. Now i have to rifle through my firewood in search of nice wood!

Very simple and classy lines, The pin placement couldn't be better, The lines on handles like that are one of my favorite flavors with curly wood. AND THE SANMAI IS SWEET!!! :D

I've actually got some curly oak from the firewood pile at work. I figured on waiting a few years before using it. gotta be chippy to work with I bet.
