I like it Ruggero!  I can't tell from the pictures, but were you able to keep the antler in one piece, or did you have to split it and put it back together?

Hi Alex,

the Antler is one piece. I cut the channel freehand with the anglegrinder and finish with file.

Nicely done.

That is how I do everything, no measurements, no jigs or rests. Just grind, look, feel.. Rinse, repeat.

Yeah, one more time, Very Nice! Not a huge fan of friction folders in general but I like this one.
