Some Sunday Forging

Recommended Posts

After visiting a friends auditions for a new vaudeville show here in Branson this morning, I got in a little  shop time.  I have had some 1" 15N20 laying around the shop for many years with no particular use for it and decided to weld it to some 1080 for a few San Mai hunters:

Laddering the billet will  probably have little effect on the pattern but any little disturbance in the San Mai layers is always a good thing.

No it's a simple layering just different width materials.

What a great idea. Why didn't I think of that?
