Truly fantastic! There's nothing quite like this sort of archeo-metallurgical exploration that gets me so excited. I really enjoyed the video and look forward seeing where you go from here!

Short update of this project. I needed more bloomery iron so I had to prepare an iron bloom I smelted some time ago. A few weeks ago there was an opportunity to use a historic water-powered hammer in Gdańsk in Poland. The forge exists in this place since 1597. It was really great experience to use 250 kg dies. The 12 kg iron bloom has been flattened really fast.  After heating and forging more than 6 kg of iron left. Below I link the video of this process.

That video, and the following one where you consolidate both pieces and create the bars were both wonderful. (even though they made me late for work!)

My wife's grandfather taught her to shoot by paying her for every hit.  To this day she can't (or won't...) hit the target unless you put a price on it.  And then, watch out! One shot, one hit!
