Gary Mulkey
It's been a while since I've posted anything so I thought that I'd show you one that I just finished for the Arkansas Show: The blade is a two pattern mosaic of 1080-15N20 & 1084 powder. The guard is a wheat twist made from four 1/4" round rods (hot blued). The handle is mastodon bark with 416 & damascus spacers. 7 Gary ABS,CKCA,ABKA,KGA
Alex Middleton
I've been wondering what you've been up to. Immaculate as always!
Kevin Colwell
that is really great. I am impressed. the blade and handle are both outstanding. 1 please visit my website http://www.professorsforge.com/ “Years ago I recognized my kinship with all living things, and I made up my mind that I was not one bit better than the meanest on the earth. Gary LT
The wheat twist really catches my attention, (not to say all of the other workmanship doesn’t!) Understanding how a wheat twist is accomplished is one thing but how you solidified the twist into a single shape (at either end perhaps the guard, I imagine?), is fascinating. Darn!
