Just finished this one, which fought me all the way. 3 1/2" 1075 blade. Antler and bog oak handle, with a steel spacer between them. Steel bolster, and silver washer and silver gallery wire fittings. The pommel is set with a customer supplied bixbite/red beryl. Scabbard is copper covered in deerskin suede with silver fittings.

Gorgeous!  That gallery wire has really added some (subtle!) bling to your stuff.  Just enough extra elegance to raise the price a good bit over a non-blingy one. B)

 

And the ones that fight every step of the way are usually worth it in the end.

That is awesome Jake and very inspirational. I’m working at the moment on one that is actually quite similar and is really stretching my skill set. I’ll be chuffed if mine comes out half as good as yours.
