Antler handled blade

Well, it only took the better part of a year and a half to finish this blade I started last April.

So here it is. The blade steel is a homemade mish-mash of 4.5% C cast iron buttons folded into wrought iron. Calculated C content is around .8%. Edge hardness is at 58 HRC.

Handle is stag, with nickel-silver fittings and a copper accent spacer.

4.25" blade, 8.75" OAL
