Also finished this one today. Blade is suminagashi, engraved as a test for a different commission. Bolster and finial are blackened steel, with copper accents on the bolster. Handle is carved bog oak and sheath is tooled leather with copper rivets:

Sweet Jake.

i like the idea of carving one side of the blade  and the other blank…..

good job of coordination with handle/blade & sheath…… the whole package has a organic  grown feel i think…..
