Repurposed!?

So being cheap er, eh, resourceful, I saved this satallite dish mount that was left behind by the previous owners. I had no idea what to use it for. But I held onto it. Then it occured to me if I got a dowel and split it and inserted it, this may make a pretty handy knife vice for working on the handle!

Well this actually really worked very well! Grabed a dowel at the Depot and cut it and split it and success! And I can make probably 12 more inserts of various kinds with what's left of the dowel. Total investment 14 bucks!
