I saw them for sale on a website and I just can't seem to find it again.They were specificaly designed to make the file marks on nakago.

You mean this place? http://www.edocraft.com/products/fukazawa/products.htm Oops sorry, that's the same answer you got on SFI.

 

The Japan Woodworker in California used to sell Fukazawa files.

 

A wood rasp is hardly traditional.
