Richard Furrer
Hello All, Just a few shots of my new shop assistant, Bjorn. I have had to alter the work area to fit his stature, but I think he'll do fine. Dan Fronefield
Dang Ric ... He's cute. Any idea who the father is? I'll bet Ric jackhammered a hole in the floor of his shop, brought in 2 tons of concrete and rebar to build a correctly sized well ... all to lower the anvil. He always does everything "right" Handmade Knives by D. Fronefield (specializing in Meteorites)

Richard Furrer
Cool... what did you have to do, raise the anvil up a little for him? He will be taller than me one day, but that can be said of half the planet so... Ric Dang Ric ... He's cute. Any idea who the father is? As to the other: I am not sure I always do things right, but I sure take the long way round. Bob Ouellette
I think we should all start wearing hats like that. Oh I definitely need one for my collection. I espicially like the little ears Bob O "When I raise my flashing sword, and my hand takes hold on judgment, I will take vengeance upon mine enemies, and I will repay those who haze me. Mariah
He's adorable. Get 'em started young, get 'em addicted... that's why I am so addicted to sailing tall ships, I got it in my mother's arms. I can only imagine if she'd been a blacksmith... Looks like he's a good assistant. m Ancora Imparo

Brian Vanspeybroeck
If I was that cute I could get away with wearing a hat like that. If I was to wear a hat like that people would scream and run....not that they *don't* do that now. Looks like you have a winner there, Ric. He's definately having a blast. He's gotta be your kid. He's got your hammer.... Brian Edited September 1, 2006 by Brian Vanspeybroeck "Imagination is more important than knowledge" - Albert Einstein "The innovator is not an opponent of the old.
