Here I am with my knives

Recommended Posts

Hello all!

I´m brand new here in this forum and I would like to show You some of my work!

My knives are much mor better than my English, but I think the pics tells enough.

First knife is a Spyderco Lava with a damascus-blade. The damascus is forged by myself with sawblade, file and toolsteel # 1,2842.

The second is my working-seax. the blade is 21 cm long.

Next is an forged from a file, the handlematerial is camelbone.

The next one is "Durin", my brand new knifemodel. This is the first one, many other with diffrent blade- and handlematerial will follow. Here I used the steel 1.2552 with corkwood.

Durin was one of the first two midget in the nordic/viking mythology.

And for today the last one, a Microtech Socom with damscus blade. This damascus is forged by Markus Balbach, one of the best blacksmithes in Europe.

I hope, You enjoy my work!

I really like the one made from a file with that camel bone. I think it's got a great shape to the blade and the bone gives it a real nice touch.

Good work.

I really like your seax.

Look like it would be at home in the 9th or 10th century..
