Does anyone know of a source for Atlantic 33 or similar steel?

Retail? ??? It's a self tempering tool steel used in hot work?

Self-tempering, used in hot work: Not sure what is meant by self-tempering, but for hot-work steel I use M2. This steel will maintain  hardness into the red stage, so it works well for punches, chisels and the like. I use worn-out industrial metalworking tools for stock to make what I need. Mcmaster carr or MSC supply sells M2 stock if you want to buy new.

Hope this helps.
