neil gagnon
Well i finally got around to playing with some cable since I'm done all my c1045 blades. Here is a bowie i did for a guy out of improved plow steel cable. The blade is 10 inches and the Overall length is 15 inches. The handle is made of deer antler with brass fittings. The sheath features a poplar core with suede leather and ray skin. It is my first cable blade and i should get plenty of practice with it since i have a couple hundred feet of the stuff. I have three more bowies to do, then i would like to try a katana out of this hope you like. http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p272/gagnonn/101_0515.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p272/gagnonn/101_0514.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p272/gagnonn/101_0513.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p272/gagnonn/101_0512.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p272/gagnonn/101_0516.jpg http://i130.photobucket.com/albums/p272/gagnonn/101_0519.jpg "One who is samurai must before all things" Keep constantly in mind, by day and by night. the fact that he has to die... -Dai Doji Yuzon- 16th Century http://sites.google.com/site/canadianliveblade/home
Nick Steele
lookin' good! A katana made off that would be great! I had a strange thought the other day. If I were locked in a room with a copy of myself, i wouldn't like me very much.
